Virtual Class Availability During the COVID-19 Outbreak
We are all concerned with the current crisis and to help maintain continuity for our students, we are offering online classes beginning April 6.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
A floor… (you may use an exercise mat if you have one, but it’s not necessary), a jump rope (alternate exercises will be given if you do not have one), 3 pairs of socks, a long wooden or plastic cooking spoon and tissues.
A smart phone, computer or a tablet with Zoom. Download the Zoom app ahead of time from . (It can also download automatically when you join the class through the link you’ll receive, but it may take a few minutes off your time)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When your payment is received, you will receive an invite with the specific Zoom link to join the class. When you log in, Zoom will give you all necessary instructions (it’s very simple!).
Log in a few minutes before class (the “classroom” will be open 15 minutes before start).
We have Elite, Pre-Elite, Adult and Kids Classes. The schedule for each is below.
Monday 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Tuesday 5 - 6 pm
Saturday 12:30 - 2 pm
Monday 6:30 - 7:30
Thursday 7:30 - 8:30
Emma will be having classes on Zoom on the day/time listed below. Join Zoom Meeting
Tuesday 6:00 - 7:00
Tuesday 6 - 7:30 pm
Saturday 10:00 - 11:30 am
Contortion classes instructed by Emma will be on Mondays from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Conditioning classes instructed by Stephanie will be on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
Kids classes instructed by Truett will be on Wednesdays from 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am - 9:45 am
